Course organization:

Course objectives and how they relate to current technology
Laboratory - recitation mechanics
Collaboration - the sandbox model
- On activities designated collaborative, the goal is to master the activity and to make sure that everyone in your group masters it.
- On activities designated as individual, you must not collaborate and copying code etc. will be treated as scholastic dishonesty.
Grading

Splitting of the recitation section:
- CS 1713 Section 1 MWF 9 has Recitation Sections 1 (W 10) and 4 (M 10).
- CS 1713 Section 2 MWF 1 has Recitation Sections 2 (W 2) and 6 (M 2).
